Can Playing Music Help Your Brain?

Here’s a little article at INC. about the the benefits of playing music: The Benefits of Playing Music Help Your Brain More Than Any Other Activity“.  We’re wondering if our local musicians would agree!

INHOUSE Reunion!

INHOUSE was one of West Palm Beach’s most popular Rock bands ever back in the day, and when they went their separate ways in 1999 they vowed to perform a reunion concert every 5 years.  This year is their 20th anniversary, so the reunion concert is this Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 PM!  This FREE concert will be held at the newly renovated Norton Museum.

Here’s a great article from The Florida Weekly about the band’s history.  It’s great to see them back together, and to know their lead guitarist, Andy Stein, is still busy playing some amazing music locally as a solo artist, part of the Andy Stein & Mike Hill duo, and the String Fever band!
